I had such a great experience at Food Depot International! I called ahead to ask about a specific kind of mustard that I love (one I usually only find in Central Europe), and Rick - who answered the phone - was very kind and helpful. He took the time to read me the ingredients, and even put a jar aside so I wouldn’t have to deal with rush hour traffic. When I came by the next day (an hour-long trip for me, but soooo worth it!), I felt like I had stepped into a little corner of Central Europe. The prices were very fair, the selection was fantastic, and I ended up picking out a few extra treats to share with my Canadian friends! The woman at the cashier (Anna?) was lovely as well. All in all, a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!
This specialty food store is for gourmets and gourmands. Delicious meats, deli, confectionary, treasures in cans and jars and much more, at prices that draw seniors. Nice people to help you find what you crave. Good parking.
Fabulous store with hundreds of amazing European products from food to bath that will make any German-esque feel at home. Will say the hike in certain cheeses by almost 20% was a bit of a shock this summer but still ❤️ the store and staff it is a must go for anyone with a European heritage

This is by far one of the best European food stores with a wide variety of Mediterranean/european products. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about selection available. I’ve found a wide variety of seafood, and an excellent choice of cheese and meat.

It's a small but tidy family-run grocery store that specializes in German-style groceries and German brands (e.g. Stollen, Tchibo and Dallmayr coffee). You can sometimes find a few treats from Finland (salmiakki, turkinpippuri) or the former Czechoslovakia (e.g. Fidorka, Studentská pečeť) too. Outside the cheese, bread and meat, a lot of the stock is imported from Europe.
Always wonderful to shop there. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. And OMG the meats and cheeses!!! Can't get any better! It's a must!!!
